Description: (1) 1767. Patrick Kent, merchant, to George Darley, stonecutter (probably father of the architect and poet of the same name), lot on the North Strand for 999 years at £5 p.a. (2) 1777. Assignees of Joshua Parker to Michael Parker, carpenter, for £18, house & concerns at west side of Marlborough St. (3) Lease, Isaac Wills to John Hatton Esq., holding in Clarrendon Street, 21 years from 25th March 1750 at £30 p.a. Seals and signatures. Schedule of contents attached (marble chimney piece etc.). Also a manuscript writ on vellum against a person then detained in Marshalsea Prison, alleging unlawful eviction.

Some rodent damage but mostly legible, good.
