Introduction of the Cause of the Two Hundred and Fifty Seven Servants of God Aforesaid .. Gulielmus, Archiep. Dublinen. Hiberniae Primus. Die 29 Martii 1915. Archbishop Dermot O'Hurley was beatified by Pope John Paul II almost 80 years later, on 27 September 1992, and is one of the most celebrated of the 24 formally recognised Irish Catholic Martyrs. His feast day is June 20.
