King's Royal Rifle Corps , also a deposition made by Captain George Cary of the 6th Battalion Royal Irish Rifles and depositions by Royal Irish Constabulary officers, Sergeant Thomas Hughes, Constables George Foster and John Reynolds charging Harry Peters with being a deserter from the 19th Hussars, Thomas Duffy with being a deserter from the Cork Royal Garrison Artillery and John Smith of 6th Battalion of Royal Irish Rifles with false declaration on Army Attestation Form E.504.
