Description: Large tankard inscribed J.DUNLEA/22 & 24/DONNYBROOK and queen's crown over DMP (Dublin Metropolitan Police, who were responsible for weights and measures in Dublin. at the time).
Note: A public house existed at 22-24 Donnybrook Road since the 18th century. The Kiely family took it over in 1945, previous licencees included Kennedy and Lloyd. Kiely's closed in 2018 and was demolished in 2022 to make way for a student accommodation development.
