And Whereas His Majesty has been graciously pleased by His Warrant under His Royal Sign Manual, bearing date at his Court at Saint James's on the 20th Day of September 1796 ---- for levying Armed Corps within this Kingdom, for the Preservation of the Public Peace, and to quell Insurrection and resist invasion ".
