Title: GERMAN RIVER SCENE
Note: O'Connor's first continental 'grand tour' took place in 1826 when he visited Belgium. A later trip in 1832 brought him to France and Germany towards the dramatic landscapes of the Rhine and Moselle.
Frame size: 13.25 by 15.5in. (34 by 39cm.)
Condition: Stable condition. Surface dirt visble throughout. Panel is stable and no apparent cracking or bowing. Presented unglazed.
