Description: Manuscript three page document on paper instructing the Commissioners of Army to assemble, to conscript troops, to administer an oath of Loyalty to the conscripts, to appoint places for training and mustering the troops and places for the defence of the County, to appoint places for storage of arms and gear, to make an inventory of arms and gear, to be advised of the policy on new commissions and on reporting to their Lordships.
